What: Yoga for Self-Care workshop

In the midst of hectic personal and professional lives it can be difficult to find time to practice self-care. But, creating time and space to take care of oneself before attending to everything else can reduce emotional stress and physical discomfort while simultaneously enhancing focus, creativity, and balance. This workshop will alow for discussion and practice to explore the challenges and benefits to discovering Yoga for Self-Care.
